Returns and Guarantee

Returns
Unhappy with your duvet or pillow? Then we'll find a solution for you, whether you wish to return or exchange. Under the terms of our 60-night risk-free trial, you can even try your duvet and pillow. Yep, sleep with it - kind of like test driving a car - BEFORE you decide whether it is the duvet for you! If it's not, and you live in the U.K., then we’ll even pay for the return shipping. Refunds go back to the payment method of your original payment. 

Trial policy applies to a maximum of 1 duvet and 2 pillows per household to ensure fairness and reduce waste. For larger orders, please get in touch!

So, if you should like to return your duvet or pillow, please email us at hello@duvethog.co.uk or text/call us on 01483 811162 or 07909 933555. We’ll email you a prepaid returns label and direct you to your nearest DPD drop-off location - there are over 2,500 across the U.K. 

If 60 days have gone by since your purchase and you haven't initiated a returns request then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless your product is faulty.

Refunds  

If you wish to return your product as faulty, then please contact us and provide photos of the fault, as a first step. We'll then take a look at the photos to assess the issue, prior to arranging for a returns label to be emailed to you. Please print off the label, attach it to the parcel and drop it off at your local DPD drop-off shop so that it may be returned to us.

We will email to confirm receipt and then email again to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed. All refunds are sent back to the payment method of your original payment.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. We'll always aim to process it as quickly as possible. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our Guarantee

We’re here to ensure you're kept nice and comfy, no matter what.
We’re incredibly proud of our craftsmanship and offer a 2-year guarantee on our duvets. If you have an issue with the quality of your duvet simply give us a shout at hello@duvethog.co.uk.
Problems and issues that result from normal wear and tear or improper use are not covered within the guarantee. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Any improper use of the duvet.
  • Stains, tears, burns, and discolouration that occur over time and/or are caused by the user.
  • Damage caused by animals or children.

Exchanges
We only replace duvets if they are faulty or damaged and you need to exchange it for the same duvet:

  1. Contact us by email at hello@duvethog.co.uk, call 01483 811162 or text/call 07909 933555.
  2. We'll ask you a little more about the duvet and may ask for pictures to asses the fault or damage.
  3. If the issue is unclear in a photo or difficult to see, we may wish to collect it.
  4. If your duvet is within its 2-year guarantee, we will be happy to repair or replace it. If we are unable to repair it then we shall replace it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Gifts
If the duvet was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. 



Shipping
To return your product please contact us by email at hello@duvethog.co.uk or text/call us on 01483 811162 or 07909 933555 and we shall send you a returns shipping label. You will need to print off the label and then take your duvet to a local DPD drop-off location. There are 2,500 drop-off locations around the UK.
