Can I use two discount codes on one order?

You can only use one voucher code per order. If you’ve come across two valid voucher codes, be sure to use the offer that gives you the best deal!

Where do I enter my discount code?

On the 'Checkout' page. This is the page AFTER the 'Cart' page.

So, having added the duvet of your choice to the cart, go to the 'Cart' page. Now, you're probably expecting to find the 'Discount code' box on this page, but it's on the next page. To get from the 'Cart' page to the 'Checkout' page:

1.  Click on the 'CHECKOUT' button.
2.  Once on the 'Checkout' page, you will find the 'Discount code' box on the right-hand side of the page. It is pale grey.
3.  Enter the relevant code.
4.  Then click on the grey 'APPLY' button.

How does the free trial work?

Our 30 night free trial lets you sleep with our duvet, like a test drive for your bed! 

You will be charged for the duvet as you place your order. But rest assured, you have 30 nights from the time your order was placed to initiate a free return for a full refund. To start a return, just give us a call/text on 07909 933555, or send us an email at hello@duvethog.co.uk.

As we said, we'll even send you a free returns label if you are based in the UK. Please return your duvet in it's original box, complete with any merchandise provided. You will be refunded in full upon receipt of the returned duvet. Depending on your bank this typically takes 1-2 business days.

DUVET QUERIES
Will my duvet really fit in my washing machine? Even the superking?

Absolutely :)

How often should I wash my duvet?

Once or twice a year should keep it fresh and fluffy, without being over-loved.

Does disappointment await me after I wash it? Will it go clumpy?

No, it won't clump. It won't crease. And the cover won't end up covered in tiny bobbles... we promise.

What’s the best temperature to wash my duvet?

We recommend 30°C (as stated on the wash label). Washing at lower temperatures uses less energy - so it's more eco. That said, wash your duvet at 60°C if you suffer from allergies  – but be sure to plant a tree too!

Is my duvet Oeko-Tex Certified?

Yes, not only is your duvet hypoallergenic but it has been independently tested. It's 100% standard 100 Oeko-Tex certified free of nasty chemicals.

You say the duvets are lightweight. What do they weigh?

Do you provide a guarantee?

Yes we do. We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our duvets and the expertise of our manufacturing team. As such, we provide a 2-year guarantee. So, if your duvet ever rips, give us a shout and we’ll repair it. If a repair is impossible, we’ll replace it free of charge and plant a tree in honour of our fallen comrade.

What is the country of production?

Designed in the UK, manufactured in Estonia

I'd like to know how on earth plastic water bottles become duvet filler?

Discarded PET bottles are washed, have their labels removed and are then shreddred into tiny flakes. Next the flakes are melted and run through a giant spaghetti stringer-like machine. This produces silk-soft textile fibres that are finer than your eyelashes. It's this upcycled fibre that we spin, fluff up and give a  second life as a luxuriously soft, airy fill for our duvets.

Do you have a shop?

We are an online store, so no... we do have a dog though and dogs are better!

I can’t log into my account!

In order to complete your order on our website, you only need to enter your email address. It is possible to complete your order as a ‘guest’. If you want to be able to see previous orders then it is a good idea to set up an account, which you may do so here and log in. If you have already done this and are finding it tricky to log in, send us an email to hello@duvethog.co.uk or text/phone us on 07909 933555 and we shall try and help you.

ORDER QUERIES
How do I update or cancel my order?

Please email us at hello@duvethog.co.uk or text/call us at 07909 933555 as soon as possible. Orders are processed quickly to ensure customers receive them as soon as possible, so the sooner you get in touch the better!

How do I check the status of my order?

All orders are despatched within 1 business day. We’ll send you a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

DPD, our courier, will also email you (or text you, if you include your mobile number with the order details) with updates on the delivery status of your order. They will also advise you of a 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery, so you can plan your day.

DELIVERY QUERIES
How much do you charge for delivery?

Nothing! All deliveries within the UK are free ;)

When will my order be despatched?

All orders are despatched within 1 business day via DPD. We’ll send you a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Do you ship within Europe?

Yes – we ship to any destination within Europe, via DPD. If you enter your address at the checkout, you’ll not only see whether we ship to your location and how much it will cost to get there. Currently we ship to:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralter, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep. of), Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Keep in mind that may well be additional duties and taxes to pay upon the arrival of your package for any destination that is not a member of the EU.

We don’t currently offer FREE return shipping for returns or exchanges for international orders.

Do you ship outside of Europe?

No - we don't currently ship to destinations outside of Europe.

RETURNS QUERIES
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t love your Duvet Hog Original! We can arrange for it to be collected, as long as it is unused and with its original packaging. Please call/text us at 07909 933555, or send us an email at hello@duvethog.co.uk to initiate a return. We’ll get back to you in 1-2 business days with a returns label. For more details please go to our returns page.

Returns are refunded to the original method of payment.

We are currently only able to cover return shipping costs for orders within the UK.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of ordering. The duvet must be unused and in its original packaging. Please send us an email at hello@duvethog.co.uk or call/text us at 07909 933555 to initiate a return. For more details please go to our returns page.

You will be refunded to the original method of payment.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we have received and checked over your returned duvet, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account.

What should I do if I believe my duvet is faulty and within its guarantee?

1. Contact us, we’ll ask you a little more about the product.

2. We may ask for pictures to assess the duvet.

3. If the issue is unclear in a photo or difficult to see, we’ll need to collect it.

4. If the duvet is faulty and within the 2-year guarantee, we will be happy to repair or replace it.

I have been sent the wrong size duvet. What should I do?

How do I make a return from overseas?

If you wish to return items from overseas you'll need to cover the shipping cost. In the unlikely event of your duvet arriving damaged or faulty, please email hello@duvethog.co.uk or call/text us on 00 44 7909 933555 and we'll sort things out.
